Once the project is finalized a Project Manager is assigned to the project and remains on the project until the completion. He focuses on planning and organizing the resources for the project to be delivered on time with full satisfaction of the customer.
Design & Detailing
Designing is the important part of the building before construction .Our design engineers with more than 10 years of experience in the precast field provide you the cost effective planning to all the sectors. We provide detailed 3D drawing, Structural concepts design, concrete manufacture drawing, precast connection design, fabrication design.
Precast Production
Our precast elements are bonded with latest technologies and quality raw materials which makes the buildings to be stronger. We follow international quality standards by following strict quality control and testing. All our production process are automated and is done in an environmental friendly manner which saves money as well as time.
Transportation
While construction of the precast building the Precast elements should be brought from the manufacturing unit to the construction site without any damages. Our logistics team offer most reliable and effective on time delivery of the elements to the site. They carefully handle the elements using cranes and belts to avoid damages to the elements.
Erection
Precast buildings should be fixed at right place with right alignment with proper grouting at all the intersection of the precast elements so it can be strong and fulfills the plan of the Architects. It requires proper planning, right equipment’s and the right crew. At Insta infra we have experienced erection team and latest equipment’s which ensures a stronger building at a faster pace.
